treadmill
plan was to do 5 x 3 min (5K pace, 3% incline) 3 min recoveries (1% incline)
did 18 min warm up with 3 x 30 sec at 5:00 pace (2 min easy), 1% incline
got through 2.5 of the intervals (5:42 pace)....was a struggle....had to bail ~halfway thru 3rd one to use bathroom
then wimped out and did 5 x 90 sec at 5:45 pace, 3% incline, 90 sec recoveries
didn't quite have it today but at least I got some quality work in
