Complete each of the following five stations as a triple superset, which consists of a multi-joint exercise, followed by an exhaustion exercise with maximum repetitions and a cardio finisher. The final station is optional. Do each superset 3-4x through.

Exercises:

8-10 dumbbell chest press --> pushups max out --> 30-60 seconds max cardio after each

Gymstick or dumbbell overhead press --> side raise max out --> 30-60 seconds max cardio after each

Pull-ups --> dumbbell row max out --> 30-60 seconds max cardio after each

Bicycles --> Stability Ball knee ups --> 30-60 seconds max cardio after each
