Notes

Cut run short because of time, and also because I want to run a full hour tomorrow. Haven't run 4 days straight for a while, so better safe than sorry! Felt fine. Covered up the display and didn't look at my watch after the first mile. In fact, the watch registered a top HR of 168, but I think it was a glitch. All in all, it was a low effort, relaxing run.
