didn't feel super good but at the same time i was just out there dicking around on the track by myself so a lack of smoothness isn't surprising. This wasn't a bad interval session either considering. i know i could have gone faster but i didn't think i needed to be into the realm of heavy exertion. The 200s took it out of me a bit but that is probably because i haven't been as diligent about doing strides as i should have been this week and last.
