Sunday long run was in the early afternoon today after i was at work. I ended up going on the train trail again but looped around the school so the distance would be ten. I dont really know any long runs in crawfordsville so i was kind of stuck with that. My other option would be to do two loops of a five mile run, and that sounded like an awful idea.
