Notes
this went well i think. kept things nice and slow early on and felt good throughout the middle of the run. these are not easy trails and there were a lot of hills here. total elevation gained (and lost since it is an out and back) was 1580 ft. The middle 6 miles were the most hilly which is fine.
brought things back with solid last few miles. the last two miles were my fastest of the day (6:40 something and 6:30 something) which is good. I am on a decent glide slope of these mid week long runs going pretty well
also a little less hot out today vs the last time i was out there
