Notes

felt solid today. I ran another pretty flat run, again with only one large hill. decided to go eight instead of the usual ten in anticipation for racing Saturday. Following the same logic i did some strides on grass right after my run. I also got a chance to stretch afterward with i haven't done in a while. My IT band has been pretty tight along with my hip flexer. I also didn't realize how tight my hamstring was until i started stretching it. That made me glad that i did
