Legs tight and heavy rign from the beginning
Didi a 2k warm up at home...good to figure out what to wear..I took off my toque nad wore a summer cap..I took off one long sleeve shirt
Wore underarmour pants, retina run shirt and jacket Great

Had a severe stitch at 3.5 had to wak for 5 seconds and slow pace after.....Unable to get loose even at the end....felt sick and SOB
Breakfast may have been an issue I had half orange and half banana one hour before drank i litre of Vitamin C water
next time stick to oatmeal 3 hours before
