Notes

At this point in my training I should be doing 6 miles on my long run days. Today I did 7.5 and I feel pretty good about it.

Things I saw on my long run:

A woman running up the big hill in the park carry a brick under each arm.

Two teenage boys in total cammo gear with huge backpacks marching around the park.
