Notes

Did 10 miles on track, not a big effort level.

Then I moved to the treadmill to do the last 5 (or so I though) there. I misprogrammed it and ended up only doing 4.28 miles then about a half mile warm-down. The 5 miles on the treadmill were at elevations of 3/1/5/1/7.

Not a great day. Looking forward to getting back on track of training.
