First interval workout in a long time. I specifically chose a 6x600m workout because I didn't think it would be that hard. But it was still hard. Recoveries probably should have been longer.

Goal: 6x600m in 2:22-2:30 w/200m recoveries

Warmup: 1.1 mi in 10:02 (9:07/mi)

600m intervals: 2:28.33, 2:28.73, 2:26.84, 2:23.56, 2:24.12, 2:25.17

200m recoveries: 1:09, 1:12, 1:13, 1:16, 1:32

Cooldown: 2.1 mi in 19:34 (9:19/mi)
