Since I'm focusing on 5k training this summer, I've decided to split my usual long run into two longish runs. Today I did my first mid-week mid-long run. I tried to keep the pace in check but didn't do a great job. Felt slightly hard going out because of the slight uphill grade, and felt very easy coming back because of the slight downhill grade.
