I'm going to call this an interval workout, but it really wasn't. I wanted to get a feel for race pace since I haven't done any fast running in the last two weeks, so I threw in 3 1/2-mile intervals of race pace with 2-minute recoveries. The first felt remarkably difficult despite running only 6:42 pace. The other two were 6:27 and 6:35 pace but were also very difficult. I don't feel very confident about my race on Sunday.
