Notes
Great long run with Susan and Neil. Did two loops of the Mystic Lakes loop with the big hill. I managed to rein them in for the first loop, but we picked it up a bit on the second loop, particularly after the hill. Neil dropped back somewhere around the rotary, and Susan and I took off. Last 3 miles went by in 8:11, 8:04, and 7:27.
I felt fantastic today. I don't know what it was, but I felt perfectly comfortable basically until we picked it up. Great run.
