Fresh Pond

Notes

Good run around the Fresh Pond Reservoir. Goal for the week is 50 miles, so I needed 6.5 today to be set for 17 tomorrow.

I didn't look at my watch during this run. I felt sluggish, especially at the beginning, but after maybe 3 miles I loosened up and felt like I was moving OK. 8:36 is a pretty good pace, too.
