COMMENTS: Sprinkling and chilly. This was actually a surprisingly difficult run. My legs feel heavy, and my left knee hurts a bit. My ITBs feel a little tight. I may need to skip basketball tomorrow if I want to keep up my mileage.
Don't want to make it sound too bad. Overall, not a bad run.
