Notes
Very nice day. Ran by feel with the intent of really keeping it easy & not something in between comfortably hard & easy (usually 8:30 - 8:45 mile pace). Paced after another runner who started out near the pool area but she looped around while I ran back around mile 2.15. Didn't feel like running as my legs still feel fatigued from Monday's 9.7-miler. Kept my posture well and straight. Ran up the hills so easily. Stretched post-run. Legs & joints felt so much better.
Breakfast - coffee, bagel, yam patty
Mid-morning snack - yam patty, trail mix
Post-run - chili
Pre-run weight - 157; Post-run weight - 156 lbs
