90% Humidity. Had a Starbucks coffee around 2 PM which I finished (cold half-cup) just before I changed to my running gear. Did this help with my energy? The two days of no running because of the rain also contributed to the fresh legs. Was still on a vegan diet. Used my new 22-oz Nathans bottle filled with water which I drank from every two miles, and I had most of it left before I drank it all at the 6-mile bathroom break.
