77%RH. Was not running during this stretch. Mile 1 is near MWR storage (downhill) and around Supply (slightly hilly). Mile 2 is O & B Public Works. Mile 3 is back to MWR storage (uphill), Mile 4 is uphill and mostly slight downhill - was going to use this as a warmdown but ran hard the last 0.3 mile. Very good effort. Rained at the end of this stretch. Lucky me :-)
