Notes

Very windy. Have to figure out how I slowed down so much on the 2nd half of Mile 2 when I ran against the wind. Happy about the first mile - my legs felt good even though I have not run much in the past week. My last run was two days ago of 5 tempo miles on the treadmill. I think a regimen of strengthening exercises will help me keep the pace up on the final miles.
