Notes

5-minute rest after previous run. Right knee & outer hip started hurting on 0.5-mile cooldown. Left outer knee hurt also. Pain subsided ~30 minutes after run. Slowed down by storm debris(twigs, branches, gum balls, pine cones) on trail with feet slipping or twisting after stepping on them. Ran with metronome.
