13 MPH Wind; 75%RH. Did 10-sec to 30-sec strides or did strides through entire length of downslope. Felt right knee start to hurt and tighten up on uphill and around mile 6 - checked and corrected posture and performed strides.Right knee tightness went away. Started to feel fatigued (affected form) into mile 11 when Right hip rear pain also started and this showed in lap time. Would have wanted to do at least another mile but did not want to cause an injury. No hydration during the run. Post-run - 16 oz Gatorade, two eggs, two thin slices of ham, 2 potato buns. Pre-run - cinnamon bun and 16oz Columbian roast coffee. Stretched post-run - no aches or pains just tightness. Went to base gym around 1500 and shot hoops with Aaron. Tried to move laterally as much as possible.
