Notes

Had a 30-minute nap before the run. Didnt feel like running. Glad that I went out. Slow start & huffing & puffing. Got into the groove of a good running form when 2 miles into it, the left leg wont cooperate again (happening on almost every run since July). Need to get this checked out. Hope it is not a blood clot. Walked around for a couple of minutes, & was okay after that. Stopped for a walking rest with one mile to go so last mile was a recovery or cooldown run. Walked around for a mile at 16-minute pace. I think these shoes are no good anymore after 180 miles. Both knees were hurting. Calves were tight as I was in forefoot strike form.
