Saturday morning threshold run. Did a 1 mile warmup and then jumped right into it. The first 1.5 miles was with the wind and i was running about 6:10 pace. While against the wind on the way back i slowed down to about 6:20. Almost cut it short after 2 miles, but i focused on relaxing and i felt strong at the finish. Beautiful morning Madison is at peak fall colors right now.
First workout in greater than 1 year. Maybe i will get back into this.
