Easy 4 miles with Jeff, Matt, Joe, and Liam. Did the normal 4 mile route like always and it was surprisingly comfortable out for 30 degrees with drizzle.
Im down to 158lbs now from 160 several weeks ago. However i am noticeably leaner.
