felt like doing something fast today, 8 miles easy everyday is getting boring. So i went to the track today and did 5 1k repeats with the intention of running 3:20 (5:20 pace). Ended up running 3:16, 3:14, 3:15, 3:14, 3:17 and finished the workout feeling comfortable.
