My first work out with the Striders next step program. Good to meet Conrad and the rest of the group. Good workout but tougher to make pace than I expected (heat? very low key training weekend?). Running hard before work is much more fun and better than after work.

Good group of people. Trying to stay with Bob and Greg should definitely make me stronger.
