10+ mile run in VFFs with 4hr sleep after 4am GI/choking/breathing scare. Meandering run through different developments off Lisbon-Morgan Station backbone. Pace super slow, stomach still sketchy, stopped Food Lion for bathroom then running.
Ate Clif bar around 4-5mi out. Ran with H2O bottle. Had hot spots under both arches from VFF TrekSports. Will try to wash them in case prev run grime causing problems.
