Notes

Modified due to snow issues on usual courses. Ran the 6 mile option = 3 x 2 mile loops.

Cough/breathing intermittent issue. after 2nd mile, GI problems.

Still, best "official" 6 mile time on the books since starting back this summer. Definately looking to do better than by April or May. Hope to match this pace for last half of the National Half-Marathon
