confidence builder long run. Initially thinking Train through this run and the national half... due to lack of long run last week. Today pretty decent except tight achilles from Anthony and Mina trampolene play last night. Rolled out L ankle at around 3 miles and hurting alot till after 5 then not so bad. Didnt even notice it later miles till I stopped running.

Good workout! Pumped for the Half. Was able to work the hills a little but held back some. was able to push it well last miles but didnt even feel close to all out.
