Notes

Maple Ridge loops. Ran slow and easy with mina for one or two loops. then ran for quick turnover and moderate hill repeat work before going to work. Wore racing flats again. Maybe need to use training shoes only. R hip still hurting at start but eases up to varying degrees after first 5-10 minutes.
