Montgomery Co Road Runners series race XC 5k.
Arrived too late for warm up (needed to wait in line to swap out old chip and number).
Course was typical MCRRC challenging XC course.
Went out strong but needed to stop and tie L lace again. Hard time getting momentum back. Felt like I had to do #2 during whole race despite doing it 2x before leaving for race. Feel like a warmup, addl pre-race pit stop, and triple knot laces should have cut minute from my time.
