Just more time on the feet to prep for a finish at the Autism Speaks Potomac 5K on July 4th. Trying to get to 30 minutes straight running with no/little breaks. Sure was easier 10 yrs and 10 pounds ago. Having fun getting stronger with every step. This one was on some of the newly constructed paved path around the Western Regional Park in Howard County Maryland.
