Strong mile 1 and two (6 and 6:06).
Faded hard Mile 2 to 2.5 on incline. Fought to recover after incline done but not much pick up on speed (all 1/4 mile splits of Mile 3 are pretty slow relative to mile 1 & 2 at 6:30-40s paces).
Pushed hard down the last straight to finish.
Results:
12th overall, 6th male, 1st place in age group (although 1st place finisher was technically in my group too). Decent but third mile needs work. Sub-19 potential is there...
