Snuck in a short easy run tonight with the night gear. It's quiet and calm at night. Just me and the mosquitoes to keep each other company (and provide each other nourishment! but would rather have extra hydration over the protein!). Feeling heavy and slow tonight. Long weekend of very light on miles + heavy on bad food = ground to make up...
Tomorrow low/no run and lookout Tuesday night afterburner hill session... mmm... hills...
