Notes

Aerobic training base builder run. Brought back Kinvara out of retirement to see if it helps with ankle and foot stress. Felt pretty decent. Also focused on form for midfoot/Chi-style form. Hard to tell if I am hitting midfoot or slight heel. definately harder on steeper downhills but on flats and moderate slopes no problem except when tired. Stopped for water about 4mi and again about 5.5miles before heading back home.
