Too cold for vffs felt the freeze in toes. 24F but with wind felt like 19F. Brrrrr! Did a little less than a mile then turned around to swap out Vibrams for socks and Kinvaras. Calves were definitely bit tight. not too bad. tried heel strike and really felt the jarring in my bones.
