Ran trolley trail 1 & 1/4 mile repeats x4. #1 up the trail up hill, #2 down, #3 up, #4 down. Legs pretty heavy and slow. feeling pretty tired. Only hit 7s or little under. Purpose to get hard work out in sorta same style as the group's 2000 meter repeats. Will rest off or easy 5-6 tomorrow night. off or easy 4-5 on sunday (opposite saturday night) then race Monday Remembrance Run 5k.
