Great trail run/hike with Robert and Owen -- Mowich Lake-Spray Park loop +extra side trip up glacier under great sunny conditions. The trails, the glacier, the incredible views of Rainier right in our faces, the bridges, all wonderful. I felt very weak and sluggy on the uphills (calves betraying me), but flew like crazy on the tricky rock downhills. Funness.
We were actually out there for ~8 hours, but included lots of photo-ops, refueling, water purification and good old breaks. I tried to estimate the actual 'time in motion', but really have no clue. It's probably better that way.
