Notes
WOAH, seriously suspicious of the pace ( I probably have the base distance wrong), but Chris and I did keep it on an edge. Started a bit more reasonably than last week, and kept it solid throughout. It felt hard, but not in the same bonky way, had lactic acid legs rather than unresponsive ones. But I also felt like I was slower than normal and my legs were just tired, but the watch says we were ripping it up. Chris and I took turns surging and teamwork made us fly. I split off at the light to go to the IMA, would have been neat to have timed the whole loop to compare to runs past.
