Really just guessing at the distance and pace, subtracted a few minutes off the time for the many many delays along the way.
Mid-run, when I was along the beach, the sky suddenly cleared, the sun brightened everything, and I saw a friggen rainbow! Cool! By the time I got back, all of this was gone, lucky timing!
I was going slower than normal, but still, surprisingly this didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.
