Wow this sucked a lot. I repeatedly had bad stomach cramps and a large desire to puke, I think vending machine beef jerky was a bad choice of protein last night. I had to keep stopping, this was not a continuous 4 miles. I even got a late start. Should have slept in. Oh well, at least I got a workout in today.
**Appended: turns out I was actually sick! I've hit a speedbump!! I hope I fly off the top of that thing.
