Notes
Group 4:~ 10 people. Last 5 minutes practicing 10 second surges and recovery. I mostly kept up the first interval and first half of the second interval, but fell off the pace for the rest. Luckily Terrance did too so I wasn't all alone in being last. Felt fatigued during workout despite feeling good in warm up. Sore throat, general tiredness, unmotivated. Ah well, can't rock them all.
