Nobody in 4A, a pile of people in 4, including Lia who stepped a few groups down for her comeback. I spent the first interval chatting with her and it went by quickly. I can't usually handle group 4, much less talk during a workout. I started near the front of the pack for the second interval and had a strong kick the last lap. In the last 100m Lia and others started passing, provoking an awesome sprint to the finish. Satisfying workout. I think it went well because my brain was useless today and I rested a lot.
