3x greenlake! Great confidence booster that I can maintain a sub 6:30 pace for more than 4 miles. Funny it ended up being the same pace as my XC race last weekend! Garmin miles: 6:28,6:29,6:25,6:28,6:25,6:27,6:25,6:29, 6:20 (0.4 miles). cold morning. Started with long sleeves and hat. Got rid of sleeves in 1st loop, hat gone in second (but still carried both). Track people were doing 5x1200, and I decided I needed a longer tempo, because they are focused on nationals and I'm thinking half marathon. Felt really strong and solid. Should I have tried for faster? This felt like a natural pace. Glad I didn't try this on a treadmill!
