YIKES! Super hot day, super fast short workout. I didn't think I'd be able to do it, and was well off the back of the 4A bus for a lot of this, but in the end didn't hit the splits too badly. Prescribed 5:55 1600 m, 2:56 800m2x, 2:07 600m2x. Speed is not my strength, but I survived! I should stop this soccer before track thing though, ouch...
