Kayaking trip-day 1: Guemes-Obstruction Pass. One last trip to the trunk.. and... the key simply melted when I tried to use it... ok, so I broke the trunk lock. This stalled us enough that we fought some pretty hefty currents crossing Rosario straight, a major battle, followed by a calm float across the next big crossing. Whew!
