Rough treadmill run. Wasn't sure if I'd make it to 3 miles, then 5 miles, then 8 miles. Legs felt heavy and burning and whiny, though cardio was fine. Started with 2 miles @6:44, but screaming crampy legs forced me to slow to 6:58 for a mile, then inched up to 6:53 for 2, then 6:49 for 2, back to 6:44 for 1, then 1.5 @ 6:40, finishing off with the last 0.5 mile @6:31. Though this was somewhat miserable, it feels good to have done it.
