Notes

Treadmill 1% incline. 5 miles @6:49, 0.5 @6:31, 0.25@6:15, 0.25@6:00. Probably doing this too fast, 6:49 definitely seems too hard to be MP right now, but easy enough I didn't feel the need to grab onto the railings, lower the incline or jump off during this. Mostly got bored and muscles complained some. When started speeding up last mile, started to feel better! Not a killer workout, but a decent one.
