Not 'easy', just got so slow by the end it doesn't fit in any other category. Running ravenna loop alone, started out with a decent pace that quickly deteriorated as I felt too icky to bully my legs into better locomotion. An 'off' day, another day I'll be back 'on' soon I hope. Iron tonight!!
